Bio
Dune Ives is the founder of Milepost Consulting, Inc, and a founding partner of Common Fields and Switch, three consulting practices focused on building sustainability and climate change into Boardroom discussions and company practices. She brings 15 years of experience helping private and non-profit clients define, measure and achieve their organizational objectives. While with the Arthur Andersen Business Consulting Change Enablement team, Dune guided Fortune 500 clients through process improvement and business strategy development, focusing on building alliances with important constituencies and ensuring business objectives were aligned with stakeholder needs. Today, Dune continues this work with production agriculture, commercial real estate corporations, private and public utilities and non-profit organizations and community groups.
In addition to her consulting practice, Dune is also a member of Nobel Laureate Al Gore's organization The Climate Project. Dune holds her PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in research and evaluation methodology.
